RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby concurs in, ratifies and adopts the action of the
Hospital Facility Building Commission of the City of Saint
Paul and County of Ramsey and that of the Board of County
Commissioners of Ramsey County whereby said bodies authorized
the award of the contract for foundation construction of the
new city - county hospital to the Lovering Construction Company,
a Minnesota corporation, and the J. S. Sweitzer and Son, Inc„
a Minnesota corporation, on their joint bid,, and authorizes,
ratifies and approves the execution of such contract by the
proper City officers.
