Company, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Additions and Deductions:

'TOTAL NET ADDITION 8 137,00, and
WHEREAS, the total net Addition is 0 137.00, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through it's City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 137.001 said amount to be added
to the lump sum consideration named in the Contract, known as
Comptrollers Contract L- 6373 -A, and which amount is to be
assessed against the benefited property.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the amount of $ 137.00 is the
correct sum to be added to the above Contract. -
