RESOLVED, That Henry B. Jones be paid the sum of
$1,830.38 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his

injury of September 5, 1961, while in the employ of the
Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered a temporary
total disability until September 25, 1961, and 60 per cent
permanent partial disability to his left index finger and
30.per cent permanent partial disability to his left second
1 finger; that of said. total' sum, of - $1,830,38, the amount of
$4500 covering temporary total disability and the amount of
$495.00 for permanent partial disability are now due and
payable; and that the remaining $1,290.38 shall be payable
at four -week intervals from and. after December 8, 1961,
at the rate of $45,00 per week,
