Resolved, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for a sanitary sewer extension on Bossard
Drive from County Road "B" to approximately,350 feet north in the
Village of Roseville, authorized by and subject to the provisions,
terms and conditions of City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725,
approved January 20, 1956, and as amended, for the connection of
the public sewer system of the Village of Roseville with that of
the City of Saint Paul, prepared by the consulting engineers of
said Village and approved by the Village Council of Roseville on
December 8, 1961, and heretofore submitted to and approved by the
Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are
in all things approved.
