Y' add =iF. :; << , : 1 ,, • . v RESOLVED, after due public hearing thereon, that the application of Lyngblomsten, pursuant to the Zoning Code, for a permit authorizing the enlargement of said applicant's nursing home facility from 46 to 190 bed capacity, to involve the construction of an additional four -story building upon the premises of said applicant located at the southeast corner of Pascal Street and Midway Parkway in the City of Saint Paul and particularly described as follows: "Except Pascal Street and except Midway Parkway and except east 180.67-feet of the north one -half; the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 29, Range 23, located on the south side of Midway Parkway east of Pascal Street.0 be and the same hereby is granted subject to said applicant's compliance with the following conditions: 1. That the plans and specifications for said addi- tional building and any involved reconstruction of any existing building for said proposed enlargement of said pursing home facility be prepared by a registered architect employed and compensated by said applicant therefor and that the same be apppov.ed by the City Architect and by the Chief of the Division of Fire Prevention, City of Saint Paul Department of Public Safety, as respects compliance with the Building Code and the Fire Prevention Code of said City respectively. 2. The property under consideration is presently developed impart with the present Lynblomsten Home`wbicb was constructed in 1912and added to in 1938 and which provides care for 46 residents. This expansion program will`be handled in three separate phases of construction. The pro- posed building plan has been reviewed by the State Fire Marshall, State Health Department, the City Fire Prevention and Health Bureaus and the City Architect's office. We have not received the plans in regard to fire protection, stand- pipes, fire extinguishers, fire alarm system, and exit signs. I would suggest that a complete set of plans be obtained from the Architects Sovik, Mathre and Madison, 300 Water Street, Northfield, Minnesota and we will again go over the plans with our City Architect.
