heretofore transmitted to the County
Welfare Board of the City of Saint
Paul and County of Ramsey, State
of Minnesota, the County of Ramsey
and the City of Saint Paul an assign-
ment form prepar6d and executed by
the officials of the American National
Bank by which $800,000 United States
Treasury - Bonds, 3 -% per -

WHEREAS, the American National Bank of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, has heretofore transmitted to the County Welfare
Board of the City of Saint Paul and County of Ramsey, State
of Minnesota, the County of Ramsey and the City of Saint Paul
an assignment form prepared and executed by the officials
of the American National Bank by which $800,000 United States
Treasury Bonds, 3 -3/4 per cent, due May 15, 1966, a.re pledged
to insure the Ramsey County Welfare Board Revolving-F "und; and
WHEREAS, the said $800,000 in U. S. Treasury Bonds
are to replace a like amount of Treasury Bonds which recently
matured, said bonds being to insure the Welfare Board Revolving
Fund moneys in consideration of said Bank's designation as a
depository of public funds of the County Welfare Board of the
City of Saint Paul and County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, the County Welfare Board of the City of Saint
Paul and the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota,- and the Board
of County Commissioners on behalf of Ramsey County have heretofore
authorized and approved such assignment, action by the Board
of County Commissioners of Ramsey County having been taken on
December 11, 1961,
Now, Therefore, be it-"
RESOLVED,
hereby concurs in

County and hereby
