WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul served a Notice-of
Cancellation of Contract for Deed upon J. R. Walker & Sons,
Inc. and R & W Realty Co. concerning the property described
as follows:
Block four C4), South Battle Creek Heights,
according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds
in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; '
and
WHEREAS, the J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc. and R & W I
Realty Co., within the statutory period, tendered payment of
the default in addition to the cost of service to the Bureau
of Valuations of the City of Saint Paul, be it
REZOLVED, That' the office of the Bureau of Valuations
is hereby authorized and directed to accept said tender of
payment to reinstate the above mentioned Contract for Deed-,---- -
