RESOLVED, That the proper City Officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute Maintenance Agreement No. 938 between the
State of Minnesota and the City of Saint Paul relating to the
Maintenance of State Trunk Highways within the corporate limits
of the City of Saint Paul during the calender year 1962, in accord-
ance with the terms and conditions therein set forth.
