therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing 'All labor, tools, equipment
and material (including casing pipe) to install approximately 86 linear feet of
30" (.312 wall thickness steel) casing pipe under and across T. H. IP94 (.formerly
T. H. 12) approximately 86 feet west of the centerline of White Bear Avenue to
UNDERGROUND SERVICES, INC. in accordance with City plan and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8566 of said Underground Services, Inc. for
the contract price of $4,438.00, such bid being the lowest and said Underground
Services, Inc. being
a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed
to draw up�"the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials
