CO CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
Whereas, In connection with the Grading and Surfacing of
Upper Afton Road from White Bear Avenue to McKnight Road it is
necessary to condemn property to acquire an easement for slopes
cuts and fills and removal of lateral support, therefore be it,
Resolved, that the cost of acquiring this easement in the
amount of $49149.00 be charged to the PIR Fund, Code 3001 and
this same fund to be reimbursed from 1961 County Aid Funds.
