WHEREAS, in connection with the Paving of FAIRVIEW AVENUE
from Selby Avenue to Summit Avenue, certain trees along
the boulevard were destroyed and have now been replaced
by the Rose Hill Nursery, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the cost of replacing these trees in the
amount of $ 114.00 be charged to the Permanent Improve-
ment Revolving fund, Code 3001, Comptroller's Contract
L- 6164 -C, and that this same fund be reimbursed from the
City's Share of Local I i mprovement Fund, Code 31E -1.
