WHEMAS, in the matter of benefits, damages, cost and
expenses arising from the condemning and taking of a
Sewer Easement in the northerly boulevard of Old Hudson
Road from the west -line of Lot 4, Block 7, Hudson Road
Gardens, ratified by C. F. 204893, approved November 225
1961, be it
RESOLVED, that the total cost ! of this Sewer Easement in
the amount of $ 260.30 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 3001, Comptroller's Contract L -6418,
and this same fund to be reimbursed from the City's Share
of Local Improvement Fund 31E -1. -
