RESOLVED, That the Minnesota School Boards Association
be given the free use of the Theatre Section of the Municipal
Auditorium and Stem Hall in the Auditorium.January 15, 16 and 17,
1962, and the free use of Ramsey Hall in the Auditorium January 15,
1962, for its meetings, the cost of opening and operating said
sections on said dates to be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021; and
that said Association shall have the use of'the Exhibition Hall
January 15, 16 and 17, 1962, for its convention, upon payment of
the full rent.therefor.
