WHEREAS: I. R. Heath di.scontineed business at 414 North Prior Avenue as of November
1, 1961, where he held a Laundry and Dry- cleaning Pickup Station License
and a Barber License No. 9237, both expiring May 1, 1962, and requests the
refund of the unused portion of said licenses, because of the location
being taken over by the State Highway Department, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
I. R. Heath the pperated fee of $ 12.00, deducting $ 12.00 from the original
fee of $ 24.00 posted for the period the licensee operated on said license
and to cancel said license.
