RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the sandblasting,
guniting and painting warming rooms under Como Park Pavilion, Saint Paul, ,
Minnesota to H. J. ROADFELDT COMPANY in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8575 of said H. J. Roadfeldt Company
for the contract price of $3,950.00, such bid being the lower and said H. J.
Roadfeldt Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
