Agreement No. 3, Contract No. 10912
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans for the
improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No- 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 94 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul, between
6th Street and Broadway to 6th Street and Kittson Street; and
WHEREAS., Said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
S.P. 6283-13 (94 =392) and modified as indicated on Supplemental Agreement
No. 3 to Contract No. 10912 and dated November 20, 1961; and
WHEREAS, Copies of said plans and Supplemental Agreement as so dated,
marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the
Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, The term "said plans" and Supplemental Agreement as herein -
after used in the body of this-resolution shall be deemed and intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans in the foregoing recitals par-
ticularly identified and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, That said plans and Supplemental Agreement
for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 94 within the limits of the City of St. Paul be and the same hereby
are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as shown in sail
plans and Supplemental. Agreement be and they are hereby approved and consen•
is hereby given to any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construct:
of said Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 in
accordance with said plans.
