RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Cowittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing, installing and finishing
New Mood Base Cabinets in the Department of parks & Recreation & Public Buildings,
Recreation Office, 559 City Hall, St. Paul Minn., to S. BVMGLUND LUMBER COMPANY in
accordance with City plan and specifications and the Informal Bid #3229 of said
S. Berglund Lumber Company for the contract price of $696.00,, such bid being the
lowest and said S. Berglund Lumber Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw, up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
