COMMISSIONS DATE
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby concurs in and ratifies and adopts the action
of the Hospital Facility Building Commission taken at its
regular business meeting held November 15, 1961, wherein
said Commission voted to retain personnel of the City
Architect's office to act as inspectors during the piling
phase of the construction of the new City- County Hospital,
compensation for such services to be paid by the Commission
based upon charges paid by City departments for similar
services.

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution approving and
concurring in the action of the Hospital Facility Building Commission
to retain personnel of the City Architect's office to act as inspectors
during the piling phase of the constructionci the new city - county hospital,
compensation for this service to be paid by the Commission based on charges

The Hospital Facility Building Commission, at its regular
business meeting held on November 15, 1961, voted to retain per-
sonnel of the City Architect's office to act as inspectors during
the piling phase of the construction of the new city - county hos-
pital. Compensation for this service shall be paid by the Com-
mission based on the charges paid by city departments-for similar
services.
The Commission respectfully requests that the City Council
of the City of Saint Paul approve the above action.
