Dear Sir:,
Contract`No. G 2212 was awarded to M. E. Souther Construction
Co. for Furniture fo.r the Main Public Library at 90 West
Fourth Street, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, certain
additional work was found desirable, and at the request of
the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia,
negotiations have been conducted with the contractor who agrees
to do thefollowing work for the amounts listed:
Hauling 115 owner's wood drawers to shop, sanding
and finishing, and returning to Library $96.00
Information cabinet: Reworking to new dimensions,
cutting down drawer and filler piece 12.00

$108.00
This is a'reasonable amount for the labor and material involved
and it is� therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of $108.00 to
Contract No. G 2212 to cover the above described work.
