arrest and conviction of Earl Montpetit, Willian Barnacle and George Coop
on the offense of conducting for profit, lotteries and wagering pools and
receiving wagers for persons conducting for profit lotteries and wagering
pools withlrespect to sports events and contests, and unlawfully failing
to pay the special occupational tax to the District Director of Internal
Revenue for the District of Minnesota, in violation of Section No. 7203,
Title No.�4,Uni.ted States Code, and information in connection with that
arrest which indicates that gambling was permitted on the licensed premises
in violation of the City Legislative Code, and the State law:
