THIS IS AN EMER- GENCY ORDINANCE RENDERED NECESSARY FOR F THE PRESERVATION OF THE PUBLIC PEACE, ( HEALTH AND SAFETY. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1 That1Ordinance 11911, approved February 2, 19619 is hereby am ended'by striking Subdivision 1 of Section 1 and substituting the following in lieu thereof: C '1. That, subject to any further reclassifi- cation of hereinabove described real estate by virtue of proceedings therefor hereafter instituted, conducted and completed according to applicable provisions of said Zoning Code, as amended, and applicable provisions of the statutes of the State of Minnesota, hereby, the employment of said real estate henceforth is restricted and limited to the ? following specified uses to -wit: " Residential District uses permitted by the regulatory provisions of the said Zoning Code, as amended, in 'A' Residence District and -'B' Residence Districtthereby established, and (b) Commercial uses which shall include no more than the establishment, maintenance and conduct of a parking lot, subject to all applicable statutes, -- LN ordinance, rules and regulations prescribed and i Q promulgated by governmental agencies having cog - W nizance.11 0 SECTION 2 O t This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation CL of the public peace, health and safety. f (� SECTION 3 iThis ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval and publication.
