Read. by condemning and taking an easement for highway purposes on and across
the following tracts of land, all in the City of Saint Paul,, County of Ramsey
and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
Those perts of the and SFr4 of Section 39'T. 28 N9 R. 23. W, and
Lot 15, Block 59 Manson and Simonton's Addition to Saint Paul included within
a fifty. (50) foot wide strip of land lying adjacent to and northeasterly of
the present southwesterly right -of -way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul
and Pacific Railroad Company, extending from the west line of the said N4.,
Section 3,'T..28 N, R. 23 W (Hmnlins Avenue) to the south line of the said
841, Section 3, T. 28 N, R 23 W (St. Clair Avenue); 'being a portion of the
right -bf -way now owned by the said Chicago9 Milwaukee, St. Paul and pacific
Railroad Company.
Also that part of the W�4-, Section 10s T. 28 N9 R. 23 W, included within
a twenty -five (25)foot wide strip of land lying adjacent to and northeasterly
of the present southwesterly right -of -way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee and 1
Pacific Railroad Company, extimdi.ng from the north line of .the said

Subdivision of Ayd's Farm bounded by the following described lines: Commencing
at the,intersection of the west line-of the said 1W.1.9 Section 32, T. 28 N,
Re 23 W (Lexington Parkway So.) with the present southwesterly right -of -way
line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad CompanyD thence
north on the said west line of Section 119 T. 28 N9 Re 23 W to the point of its
intersection with a line twenty -five (25) Teet distant northeasterly from and
parallel to the above - mentioned southwesterly right -of -way line; thence in a
southeasterly direction on a straight line to the point of its intersection

priated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
