PAUL COUNCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE COUNCIL trRES- OLUTION— GENERAL FORM WAS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 51 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from April 16th to April 30th 1961 inclusive, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Water Department for4more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: 1 Repairing equipment at Filtration Plant. 2 Working extra shifts, various stations. 3 Finishing installation of new water mains and relocating hydrant. �4j Driving country crew to and from work. 5 Reading gauges Saturdays and Sundays. 2.01931 AND WMMS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: 1 Necessary to do work during low consumption hours. ,Illness of regular employees.
