award of damages in the amount of $150.00 for the taking
of the following described property for sewer purposes:
An easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across
the south feet of the north 28.33 feet of Lot 9,
Block 1, Dahl's Addition, from Dieter Street to
the alley in the: rear of said lot. Also a temporary
easement for construction purposes on a strip of land
8 feet in width on each side of the aforementioned ease-
ment in Block 1, Dahl's Addition;
and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said ratification of award there
was a division and change of ownership of the land affected
by this condemnation; and the Valuation Engineer has advised
us that the following described easemerits, designated as
"A" and "B ", cover the same land, originally described as one
parcel, and has recommended an award of $75.00 for each parcel:

Parcel "A ", owned"by Howard W. Reichstadt and Eva•K. Reichstadt
An easement for the purpose of constructing and main-
taining a public sewer on, under, and across the south
2.01 feet of the north 28.33 feet of Lot 9, Block 1,
Dahl's Addition, from Dieter Street to the alley in
the rear of said lot. Also a temporary easement for
construction purposes on a strip of land 8 feet in
width on the south side of and immediately adjacent to
the aforementioned easement in said Lot 9, from Dieter
}Street to the alley in Block 1, Dahl's Addition (AWARD $75.00)

AJ. An easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under, and across
the south 1.99 feet of the north 26.32 feet of
Lot 9, Block 1, Dahl's Addition, from Dieter Street
to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also a
temporary easement for construction purposes on a
strip of land 8 feet in width on the north side of
and, immediately adjacent to the aforementioned
easement in said Lot 9, from Dieter Street to the
alley in Block 1, Dahl's Addition (AWARD $75.00)
Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the first above described easement be deleted
in full wherever it appears on the condemnation roll, and the two
easements;•designated "A" and "B ", be substituted in lieu thereof
with an award of $75.00 to each parcel; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller's office be and
is hereby directed to send amended notices of the taking of the
two above - described easements and the awards.of damages therefor
to the owners of each parcel.
