WHEREAS, Mr. Joseph Willard, 197 E. Larpenteur c as r_fufi.. ,,. �, .v,
Minnesota, has made application to the Village of Mapd%ood"iA e6 6d
his residence in St. Paul to the Village of Maplewood sewer located in
the north half of Larpenteur Avenue between Luella and Ruth Streets,
and
WHEREAS, no City of St. Paul public sewer is available to drain
Mr. Willard's property more specifically described as being the North
six hundred fifty -two and seventy -five hundredths (N. 652.75) feet of
the East one -half (E. 1/2) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the
Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 23, Township 29, Range 22, except
the East four hundred ten (E. 410) feet thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
according to the United States Government Survey thereof, and
WHEREAS, The existing ordinances regarding sanitary sewers between
the City of St. Paul and the Village of Maplewood designate certain areas
in the Village of Maplewood as being able to connect to the sanitary sewer
system of the Village of Maplewood except as modified by ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The City Corporation Counsel is now preparing said required~
ordinance to permit the property at 1976 E. Larpenteur Avenue to connect
to the Village of Maplewood sewer in Larpenteur Avenue, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be hereby instructed
to issue a permit for the connection of said property in St. Paul to the
sewer system of the Village of Maplewood, informal approval of said
connection being given in anticipation of said ordinance.
