Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings
be hereby authorized to enter into
contractual agreements with authorities
of public and non - public educational
institutions for payment of fees for
the use of public golf courses under
the jurisdiction of the St. Paul Bureau
of Parks and Recreation, for the 'pur-
pose of encouraging greaer participa-
tion in the school golf program. Such

RESOLVED,, That the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation
and Public Buildings be hereby authorized to enter into contractual
agreements with authorities of public and non - public educational
institutions for payment of fees for the use of public golf courses
under the jurisdiction of the St. Paul Bureau of Parks and
Recreation, for the purpose of encouraging greater participation
in the school golf program. Such contractual agreements shall
include the authorized team players, coaches, and their opponents
from public and non - public schools, which may be playing in
regular matches and practice throughout the spring golfing season.
This is to be a continuing authorization, without the necessity of
being renewed each year.
