RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works of the City of St. Paul
be and he is herein authorized and instructed to execute, on behalf of the

City of St. Paul, an agreement with the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and
Pacific Railroad Company and the Soil Exploration Company, covering per-
mission for the City and its contractor to enter the Railroad Company's
right of way in the vicinity of Elvay Street extended and make certain test
borings as outlined in Exhibit "A" of the agreement.
