That Restaurant, On and Off Sale Malt Beverage' and Cigarette Licenses No. 56690
all expiring November 5, 1961, issued to Harry Leo girshbaum,at 1041 Raymond
Avenue be and the same are hereby revoked upon the recommendation of the Bureau
of police because of the arrest of John H. Beldon, an employe, at this place of
business on the charge of sale of 3.2 beer to a minor, being sent to court
thereon, found guilty thereto, and sentenced to 6100.00 fine or 10 days.
