WHEREAS, the Council by Council File No. 201332,
authorized the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium,
Museums and Stadia to make payment in the amount of
01509.36, to Genarco, Inc. for repair parts for Arena
spotlights; and
WHEREAS, certain additional spotlight parts which
were not available when originally ordered by the Auditorium
have subsequently been received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner
of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia is hereby
authorized to pay to said Genarco, Inc. the additional
sum of $262.00,, representing the balance due for addi-
tional repair parts for said Arena spotlights.
