201840Original to City Clerk Z. `• ORDINANCE COUNCIL FILE NO. 201840 ' PRIESEN'I'ED BY ORDINANCE NO An ordinance settling the claim of Leo Boehm and Ida Boehm against the @ity of Saint Paul. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITZ OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper Ciiy officers are heltby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and'Compr'omise Fund, to Leo Boehm and Ida Boehm, and Ancker Hospital, the sum of $112.00 in full settlement of their claim againot the City arising from injuries and damages sustained by them by reason of Ida Boehm's fall in the crosswalk on the west side of St. Peter Street at Seventh Street, Saint Paul, on the 28th day of March, 1961. Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimants upon their e:;mcution and delivery of a release in full to the City by Leo Boehm and Ida Boehm, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all injuries -and damages sustained by them in the manner aforesaid. Section 3. Said ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage, approval, and publication.
