In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Byrne's Rearrangement from Kenneth Street to a point 20 feet
East of the West line of Lot 6, Byrne's Rearrangement, under Preliminary
Order 196665, approved April 12, 1960, and Final Order 198853, approved
September 13, 1960.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an esti-
mated cost of $2,649.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent pro-
ceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
Further -Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement includ-
ing engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $265.00, or a total
of �, be assessed against the benefitXed property.
