In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Bunde's and Beyers' Addition, Emanuel Church's Sub. A and
Brewster's Sub. from Abell St. to Sylvan St. under Preliminary Order
199705, approved November 16, 1960, and Final Order 200520, approved
January 24, 1961.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the
above named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the
Commissioner of Public Yorks be and he is hereby directed to do the
work at an estimated cost of $3,434.00 by City forces and that the
Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
Further 'Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement in-
cluding engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $344.00, or
a total of $3,778.00, be assessed against the benefited property.
