In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Block 7, Baker's Addition, from Myrtle Avenue to the north line
of Lot 9, Block 72 Baker's Addition;.under Preliminary Order 196308,
approved March 16, 1960, and Final Order 197943, approved July 12, 1960.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the
above named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the
Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the
work at an estimated cost of $1,977.00 by City forces and that the
Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement in-
cluding engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $198.00, or
a total of $2,175.00, be assessed against the benefit/%d property.
