In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Wheelock Heights 2nd Addition and :iSchletti Addition, the North
and South alley from Wheelock Parkway to Cottage Avenue and the East and
Vest alley from Schletti Street to the North and South alley under Pre-
liminary Order 199899, approved December 2, 1960, and Final Order
200514, approved January 24, 1961.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work at an esti-
mated cost of $4,104.00 by City forces and that the Purchasing Agent pro-
ceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement includ-
ing engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $411.00, or a total
of $4,515.00, be assessed against the benefited property.
