In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 162 Schroeder's Addition, the ^North and South alley
from Ashland Ave. to the East and West alley, and the East and West
alley from Fry St. to the North and South alley, under Preliminary
Order 199725, approved November 18, 1960, and Final Order 200518,
approved January 24, 1961.
Resolved, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the
above named improvement be and the same are hereby approved and the
Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the
work at an estimated cost of $3,902.00 by City forces and that the
Purchasing Agent proceed to secure the necesslry materials, and be it
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above named improvement in-
cluding engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $390.00, or
a total of $4,292.00, be assessed against the benefitted property.
