Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses 1br
improving Pascal Street from St. Anthony Avenue to University Avenue by grading,
curbing and paving the same; by grading and paving driveway returns; by reconstruct-
ing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not in con-
formity with said improvement; by constructing water and gas mains with necessary
service connections from street mains to property lines; by constructing drainage
facilities and by doing all other work necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement
under Preliminary Order 190405 ,approved December 24, 1958
Intermediary Order 191202 , approved Mach 3,, 1959 ,
Final Order 191558 , approved March 31, 1959
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. -
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the -4 24th
day of May, 1961 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
