WHEREAS, Tobin - Smith, Inc., a Minnesota corporation,
holds the fee title to the following described property
to -wit:
Lots thirteen (13) through thirty (30) inclusive,
Block four (4)a Eastvib*e,Addition_No. 3;
and
WHEREAS, as a matter of convenience, the aforesaid
corporation granted an easement to the City of Saint Paul
for sewer purposes, in the aforesaid lots, without restriction,
and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid corporation now has need of the
use of said lots, and the City has determined that it will
have ample room for the sewer by taking and holding an
easement across the easterly seventy (Etfyj�oyeet of the
aforesaid lots; now, therefore, be it_
RESOLVED, that the sewer easement of the City on Lots
thirteen (13) through thirty (30) inclusive, Block four (4),
Ea.stVi :bW Addition No. 3 be vacated across all of said Lots
except an easement over the easterly seventy (E'ly 70) feet
is hereby specifically retained; and be it _
FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution
be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds.
