RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and installing
"Desco Armite" wall finish on the ;walls from floors to ceilings in the
Men's toilet, Women`s toilet and concession areas including toilet stall

doors at the Phalen, Como and Highland Park Golf Course Refectories, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to ARRIGONI BROTHERS COMPANY in accordance with City
specifications and the Informal Bid #2470 of said Arrigoni Brothers: Company
for the contract price of ,51,231.00, such bid being the lowest meeting City
specifications and said Arrigoni Brothers Company being a reasonable and
reliable bidder,'and th,e.Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to
draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
