Avenue, Falcon Heights, the same being all that tract
or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey and State
of Minnesota, described more particularly as follows:
Lot 11, Block 7, Northome Second Addition, according
.to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office•of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
'Minnesota, to the sewer system of the City of Saint
Paul, for the disposal of sanitary sewage, and
regulating the conditions thereof. This is an emer-
gency ordinance rendered necessary for the preserva-
tion of the public peace, health, and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section: 1. That permission is hereby given to Clarence A. Schil[sr
to connect his homestead at 11167 West Hoyt Avenue, Falcon Heights, the same
being all that tract or parcel of land in the County of Ramsey and State of
Minnesota, more particularly described as Lot 11, Block 7, Northome Second
Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, with the existing sewer
..P of the City of Saint Paul, upon the following conditions:
0 1. Said permittee or his successors in interest in respect to said
UJ v real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of $6.00 per frontage
o foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage of 50 feet, said sum ti
be in lieu of special assessments. and tames on account of the sewer service,
Oand upon payment of said sum, said permittee or his successor in interest in
respect of said real estate shall be granted a permit to construct, maintain
and operate a sewer connection connecting said premises with the public sewn,

representing an extension of the kublic sewer system of the City of Saint
CL in West Hoyt Avenue along the line of the same, for the drainage of sanitary
sewage from said premises and the disposition of same, through the public
sewer system of said City of Saint Paul.
2. Permittee or his successors shall, within 90 days from the
passage of this ordinance, file a. written acceptance thereof, specifically
agreeing to all the provisions, terms and conditions herein, and upon com-
pliance therewith the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue
a permit for said sewer extension, subject expressly to the provisions of this
ordinance and Sections 235.08.and 235.14 inclusive, of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be -an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
-and safety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall

1. Said permittee or his successors in interest in respect to said
real estate shall pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of %6.00 per frontage
foot of said real estate, for an aggregate frontage of 50 feet, said sum t
be in lieu of special assessments and taxes on account of the sewer service,
and upon payment of said sum, said permittee or his successor in interest to
respect of said real estate shall be granted a permit to construct, maintain
and operate a sewer connection connecting seid premises with the public sewer,
representing an extension of the public sewer system of the City of Saint
in Ve::t Hoyt Avenue along the line of the same, for the drainage of sanitary
sewage from said premises and the disposition of same, through the public
sewer system of said City of Saint Paul.
2. Permittee or his successors shall, within 90 days from the
