Bent_ of Public Works
In the matter of improving WHITE BEAR AVENUE from Arlington Avenue to
Larpenteur Avenue by widening the paved roadbed on both sides, by regrading
and paving the widened areas with new concrete base and asphaltic concrete
surfacing; by resurfacing with asphaltic concrete the existing paving where
necessary; by constructing new curb, driveways and paving approaches where
necessary; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where
necessary; by reconstructing drainage facilities; by reconstructing side-
walks, curbing and paving on intersecting streets where not in conformity
with said improvement, and by doing all other work necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement under Preliminary Order C.F. 199046,approved
September 22, 1960, and Final Order C.F. 201164, approved March 14, 1961.
Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the above named improve-
ment, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are
hereby approved, and be it further
Resolved, that the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to ad-
vertise for bids on this improvement.
