RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul records
herewith its vigorous opposition to- moving the Federal Courts and the
offices of the United States District.Attorney and MarshsXl -'from Saint
Paul to Minneapolis, and the army Engineer Corps from Saint Paul to
I Chicago.
RESOLVED FURT'HE'R., that the moving of said Federal agencies
would be adverse to the best interests of the City of Saint Paul and
its citizens.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be sent to
both of the United States Senators from Minnesota ,and.• to ,all. of the
Congressmen representing the ,area comprising the City of Saint Paul
and County of Ramsey, and to the office of the General Services
Administration in Washington, D. C., and to all other Federal agencies
involved., so that the within opposition may be brought to the
attention of the proper parties•__.
