WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Board of Education acquired by condemnation for a
future school site the following described property, viz:
Lot 93 Block 15, G. V. Bacon's Addition to St. Paul, Minn. AND
(Except south 10 ft.; Iota 11, 12 13 and 14, Block 3, Heinemann,
McConville and Stierlets Subdivision of Lots 2, 123 13 of Leels
Suburban Homes to St. Paul, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS; The above property was certified to District Court 2nd Judicial District
by Council File No. 199510 approved Nov. 2, 1960, and
WHEREAS, Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments for the year of 1960 in the
Hill amount of $62.84 was inadvertently placed on the tax rolls.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council concur in the cancellation of
the Real Estate Taxes and assessments on above described property.
