WHEREAS, Mr. Clarence A. Schiller, 1467 W. Hoyt Avenue, Falcon Heights,
has made application to the City of St. Paul to connect his property,
more specifically described as being Lot 119 Block 7, Northhome Second
Addition, Falcon Heights, to the City of St. Paul public sewer in Hoyt
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The existing City of St. Paul ordinances prohibit properties
outside the City Limits of St. Paul to connect their sewer to the City
of St. Paul sewer system, except as modified by ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The City Corporation Counsel is now preparing said required
ordinance to permit the property at 1467 W. Hoyt Avenue to connect to
the City sewer in Hoyt Avenue, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be hereby instructed
to issue a permit for the connection of said property in Falcon Heights
to the sewer system of St. Paul, informal approval of said connection
being given in anticipation of said ordinance.
