Resolved, Further that Northwestern
State Bank, designated as a depository
of a portion of moneys of the City of

to the subdi tution of certain Treasury Bonds for security
purposes, Council File 201408, there has.'appeared an in-
correct designation of said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File
201408 is herewith in all respects rescinded and nullified;

RESOLVED, Further that Northwestern State Bank,
designated as a depository of a portion of moneys of the
City_of -Saint Paul, subject at all times to applicable
statutory requirements, among other things, for the fur-
nishing and maintenance by said Bank, on deposit with the
Commissioner of Finance, of bonds of the United States
{government in an amount equal to the, maximum amount of money
of said City at any time on deposit with said bank, under
and pursuant to the prior resolution of this Council,
Council File 199779, approved April 20 1960, having offered
to substitute for . S.,Treasury Bond A 7082, Principal Amount
$100,000.00, Baring interest 2 1/2% annually, due August
159 1963, deposited by said Bank for'said purpose with said
Commissioner of Finance, pursuant to said Banks proposal

deposit and the substitution-therefor by said Bank, for said
