V {Eliza ^'— An ordinance settling the claim of Elizabeth Horwath- against the City of Saint Paul. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF SAINT PAUL ROES ORDAIN: 2013'71 o. - //W, f Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby-authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Elizabeth Horwath the sum of $115 in full settlement of her claim against the City arising from injuries a n d damages sustained b y her by reason of ra.fall on the sidewalk in front of 9$5 Woodbridge Street, saint Paul, on July 2, 1960. Section. 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon her execution end delivery of a release in full to the City, in as form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained by her in the manner aforesaid. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage ,and publication. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Elizabeth Horwath the sum of $115 in full settlement of her claim against the City arising from injuries and damages sustained by her by reason of a fall on the sidewalk in front of 985 Voodbridge Street, Saint Paul, on July 2, 1960.
