NO. 201370 OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CIL RESOLUTION�ENERAL `FQtMM kic Safety has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from March 1, 1961 to March 31, 1961, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees in the Department of Public,Safety for more than eight hours per day, or forty hours per week, in doing the following work: Maintenance work in the Bureau of Building Maintenance and WEEREAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: Heating and checking Public Health Building-on week ends and repairing damaged electric door of Engine House # 8, Public Safety Building. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the employees who performed such work in accordance with the provisions of the Councilts Salary Ordinance No. 6446.
