COMMISSIONER DATE ! 1961
WHEREAS, the City Health Officer has reported a health
menace because of improper drainage in Block 7, TERRY'S
ADDITION, and the Department of Public Works has instituted
a Petition to improve said condition, and
WHEREAS, in connection with the Storm Sewer Construction in
said Block, it is necessary to remove certain trees prior
to the construction of the Sewer, and
WHEREAS, a contract has been awarded to the Walsh Tree
Removal Company on Informal Bid No. 2424, for the removal
of said trees, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the cost of the removal of said trees in the
amount of $ 3$0.00, be charged to the Permanent Revolving
Fund, Code 30012 which fund is to be reimbursed from the
Cityts Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31E -1.
