2. Appeal of Heinrich Hien Tran to a Summary Abatement Order for property at 732 Oakdale
Avenue.
Heinrich Hien Tran, property owner, appeared.
Mr. Robinson stated that orders had been issued to remove a couch from the boulevard. He had
investigated the issue that was appealed and found that the inspector was new and had issued order
to remove a couch that had been illegally dumped on the boulevard. He called Public Works on
October 20 and requested that they go out and pick up the couch on the boulevard at no cost to the
property owner.
Mr. Tran stated that the couch had been there for approximately three weeks and when he arrived
home after work the previous day, he found that the couch had been removed.
Ms. Moermond recommended granting the appeal.
