COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation
of the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings to lease
the privileges of operating a pony ring concession at the Como Park picnic
grounds area to Wayne Slocum, 1426 S. Birch Lake Boulevard, White Bear
Lake, for the park season of 1961, the said Wayne Slocum to pay for the
privilege the sum of $500. 00, payable $100. 00 on May 15, 1961, $200. 00
on June 15, and $200. 00 on July 15, and to provide a public liability and
property damage policy which shall be approved by the Corporation Counsel
and deposited with the City Comptroller, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED,t That the Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized and directed to draw up proper lease therefor, and when drawn
the proper City officers are authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
Council File No. 201343 —Frank L
