WHEREAS the City Council has been advised by the Mayor that,
pursuant to Section 6 of Ordinance No. 10456, approved
January 13, 195S,ihe has appointed Mrs. Lonnie 0. Adkins
of 919 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul, to the Fair Employment
Practice Commission, succeeding Mrs. Allie Mae Hampton,
resigned, for the balance of the term ending July S, 1961,
and for the succeeding five —year term ending July 5, 1966,
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the City Council that it hereby approves and confirms
the appointment of Mrs. Lonnie 0. Adkins to the Fair
Employment Practice Commission of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, effective immediately.
